Haven't tried this one. It has no vacant room when we get there. Anyway, it shouldn't be too bad, otherwise, there won't be so many persons.

Recommended by a friend in LA.

It's a typical taiwan style resturant although it claims to offer Chongqing cuisine.
The food is not bad at all in NA standard. Some sort of reformed Chongqing food.

Pros: clean environment, nice side dishes
Cons: service is not good, urge us to check out

We were so hungry when we got there all the way from San Diego at about 9pm.

The card is bit ugly.

A small but crowded (even 1:00am) teahouse in San Gaibrial (little taipei).
It seems like a hot place for youth gathering.

Hard to image that this one has many franchises in Califolia.

Hangzhou Teahouse Bizcard 1

A well-known teahouse in Hangzhou, where I spend four years for my university study.

This kind of teahouse is quite popular in Hangzhou around 1990s. I don't know about now. This one is pricy. But the service is pretty good. The owner of the teahouse will talk with you and tell you how to enjoy the tea. She also claimed that she made most of the teapot herself and she was hosting a TV program about tea Tao in local TV channel (I don't know).

Anyway, it's not a bad experience to enjoy good tea, nice environment and side dish.

Recommend for tourist to Hangzhou.

A small Chinese restaurant in Nice, a small and cozy city at the south of France, full of tourist. The city lays between Cannes and Monaco.

I visited Nice in 1999.

Hightlights:: 24 hours, nice place
Pros:: 24 hours, fair price
Cons:: Not many choice, most of them are rice and noodle

Not sure about the current status.
Buffet of Hotpot.

Pros:: fast service, good shrimp and oyster.
Cons:: a bit pricy compare to other buffet.

Visited a lot of times. Recommended by a HK tour guide.
The most recent visit is this January 2006.
I love the roasted pigeon there.
Must reserve seats and the pigeon.

Highlights:: roasted pigeon, mango pudding, hand-sliced chicken, BBQ duck
Pros:: very good food, fair price
Cons:: limited parking space, crowded place.
